Maury began his service at St. Christopher’s in 2014. Before that, he served in a similar position at the First United Presbyterian Church in Troy, New York, where he founded and conducted the Troy Children’s Chorus. He holds the Master of Sacred Music in Organ Performance from Boston University, where he studied organ with Peter Sykes and choral conducting with Miguel Felipe. He holds the Colleague Certificate from the American Guild of Organists, as well as a Master of Divinity from Andrews University. Maury is also the Advertising Manager for the American Guild of Organists, which publishes The American Organist magazine.
