My St. C. is a secure database that integrates with our church records.

St. Christopher’s provides our members 24/7 access to their member information. All members who wish to access their information can create a login. Once registered, you can:

  • View the church directory and calendar;
  • Register for events;
  • View your contributions;
  • Stay in contact with your church groups/committees;
  • Print directories;
  • Update your own profile with a new address, phone number, email address, or photo.

Any changes will not be active until approved.

How secure is my data?

The confidentiality of your data is our utmost priority. Only the data that we print in our existing church directory is available online to registered users. Furthermore, you can still opt-out of the online system by notifying us at St.ChristophersChatham@gmail.com. Our software provider is ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church management software in the industry. They have a secured website that we access which is housed in a secure data center and is subject to periodic security audits to ensure the safety and privacy of your data.

Who has access to my giving and pledge data?

Only you, the Treasurer and Pledge Treasurer have access to your giving and pledge data. No other church staff or member has access to this information.


St. Christopher’s Church privacy policy

At St. Christopher’s Church, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and attendees who give us their personal information. Any information provided to St. Christopher’s will be used strictly to enhance the ministries of our church. Personal information includes but is not limited to: Name, address, email address, telephone number and picture.

  • View or update your member profile.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share information with persons or organizations outside of St. Christopher’s without prior permission.
  • We provide information to ministry leaders for the sole purpose of caring for and communicating with people who are actively involved in their groups or areas of service.
  • We expect staff and volunteers to keep personal information confidential and to use personal information only to provide the services we’ve asked them to perform.
  • We communicate to our employees and volunteers the need to protect personal information.
  • We use email addresses to provide notification of important St. Christopher’s news, events or services. A member of the church communications staff will approve all church-wide emails prior to transmission
